Forensic Services

Dr. Scarf has been appointed to the Los Angeles Superior Court Expert Panel of Psychologists.  She is accustomed to providing comprehensive, timely and accurate forensic evaluations with defensible conclusions. Dr. Scarf has administered more than 10,000 psychological test batteries. She has served as a psychological consultant, examiner, expert witness in civil, criminal and administrative cases.  Her recent cases have involved issues of: post-injury functioning; PTSD; criminal responsibility, competence and malingering.
