Catherine Scarf Ph.D.
Dr. Scarf has offices in Santa Monica and Encino dedicated to psychological assessment of children and adults. For 10 years she was the Chief Psychologist of North Los Angeles Regional Center, where she oversaw the psychological assessments of 15,000 individuals with epilepsy, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, autism and brain injury. She has trained and supervised psychologists in test administration, scoring and interpretation. She has also taught psychological courses to graduate students and participated in MCLE presentations for attorneys throughout California.
